Fran has been my Personal Trainer for over 9 months. In addition to the muscle strengthening training and weight loss, Fran has helped me
with my balance issues; advised with healthy food planning; and developed a cardio regimen tailored to me. I am healthier, thinner and
stronger. My energy level has increased exponentially. I sleep a full, uninterrupted 7 hrs each night now and start each day wide awake, alert
and energized. Fran has never let me take the 'easy' road (a path I seem to gravitate to). She is tough, consistent, encouraging, and though

As the coordinator at Village Park Fitness in West Palm Beach, it is my job to make sure we have terrific instructors who understand the
